Immunisation · Lesotho, DR Congo, Cameroon
A Gavi-funded evaluation of incentives that encourage caregivers to vaccinate their children, in three countries.

Demand-side incentives are support given to caregivers, rather than to health facilities, to encourage them to bring children for vaccination. Countries use them to close immunisation gaps, but evidence on how well they work, and for whom, is limited.
Funded by Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, this evaluation examines demand-side strategies for immunisation in Lesotho, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Cameroon. Arete delivers the work in consortium with CHEDCOM.
